We are proud to partner with The Wagyu Shop and share the award-winning Miyazakigyu brand across the United States. Miyazakigyu cattle are raised with special care and husbandry for over 30 months in Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan. They are raised by ranchers who have dedicated their lives to caring for these extraordinary cattle. They are fed for over 600 days on a unique diet including wheat, rice, corn, barley, and other wholesome grains. Their diet promotes "shimofuri", which is the high quality fat content we refer to as marbling. We look forward to sharing this world-renowned Miyazakigyu quality with you through our partnership with The Wagyu Shop.
